Breaking Barriers for Georgians impacted by the criminal justice system
GJP’s legal and social services span all stages of the criminal justice system—all provided free of charge to our clients.

GJP’s holistic criminal defense combines legal advocacy and social services support to help our clients succeed both in their legal case and with their long-term personal goals.

If you’re looking for Early Termination of Probation, Record Clearing (Expungement), help with Driver’s License Suspensions and Occupational Licensing our Records team may be able to help.

GJP believes that regaining your right to vote is a critical part of the reentry process. We want you to know your voting rights and how you can restore those rights. Take the quiz to see if you’re eligible.
GJP’s mission is to reduce the number of Georgians who are under correctional control and remove barriers to reentry. We advocate to change criminal justice policies that have negatively impacted the poor and people of color.

GJP works with individuals and organizations to create an ecosystem of support. We work with individuals, legal professionals to corporate volunteerism.
